Together with you, we aim to strengthen our Compliance, Risk & Regulatory team and ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented efficiently, pragmatically, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will take on responsibility at the interface between front office, operations, and external stakeholders, and actively contribute to the further development of our compliance structures.

Your Responsibilities
You take on a central role within our Compliance, Risk & Regulatory team and ensure efficient, practical, and compliant processes across the entire client lifecycle.
- You review and validate client documentation (onboarding, amendments, account closures) and conduct thorough KYC and AML due diligence.
- You monitor transactions, review sanctions, embargoes, and adverse media, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You perform investment compliance controls, identify risks at an early stage, and address them proactively.
- You advise front-office staff on cross-border matters and support complex regulatory issues.
- Together with the team, you ensure that our internal control system (ICS) is effectively implemented by actively supporting and developing defined controls.
- You are responsible for periodic reviews and reporting and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing our processes.
- With your experience, you ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
- Several years of solid experience in compliance within the financial sector, particularly in KYC, onboarding, and anti-money laundering.
- A completed university degree, ideally complemented by further education in compliance (e.g., CAS).
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (AML Act, AML Ordinance-FINMA, FIDLEG, FINIG).
- A structured, precise, and independent working style with a strong commitment to quality.
- Sound judgment, assertiveness, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic day-to-day environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Assetmax, World-Check, or LexisNexis Diligence+ is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
