Pascal Naegeli

Pascal Naegeli is an entrepreneur, platform builder, and transformation expert with extensive experience in driving the digital evolution of organizations, including within highly regulated financial environments.

As Founder and CEO of the i.AM Innovation Lab, he leads innovation and technology initiatives at the intersection of Distributed Ledger Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and data-driven business models. He supports organizations not only in developing new ideas, but—more importantly—in executing them end-to-end: from strategy and prototyping through to full integration into organizational structures and processes.

Previously, he served as Chief Digital Officer in the asset management division of a global financial institution, where he led large-scale digital transformation efforts and managed complex technology and transformation programs of significant organizational and financial scope.
